Order & Win Promotion — Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion is open to customers who place a valid order through our online store between 21 August 2026 and 11:59pm AEST on Monday 24 August 2026.
2. Each eligible order will receive one entry into the promotion.
3. One eligible order will be selected as the winning order.
4. The customer whose order is selected will receive a full refund of the value of their eligible order, including GST and standard shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
5. Any additional charges, fees or costs not included in the original order total are excluded from the refund.
6. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their order.
7. The promotion is open to Australian customers only. Orders must be successfully paid for to be eligible.
8. Cancelled, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise invalid orders will not be eligible.
9. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
10. If the winning order is subsequently cancelled or refunded for another reason, the promotion will be deemed void and another eligible order may be selected.
11. The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
12. By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
